Kristin Malat, M.A, LMFT

Kristin Malat, MA, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with children, families, and couples. Kristin has worked in the mental health field for over three years. She has experience working with populations in a residential drug treatment program, diversity within a school setting, and families dealing with divorce. In addition, she has experience working as a case manager in foster care at the Department of Social Services, Children’s Division, and providing case management to adults dealing with co-morbid mental illness. Kristin practices as a structural therapist out of the evidenced-based systemic perspective. She utilizes play therapy techniques within the systemic perspective. As a structural therapist, Kristin works with families, individuals, and groups on re-organizing the system structure and redefining boundaries to help maintain or develop a healthy balance within the relationships that make up the system.

Adrienne L. Eaglin, MSW, LCSW

Adrienne L. Eaglin has served our community as a licensed clinical social worker in two local school districts for 20 years in private practice and as a school social worker. She earned a Master of Social Work from Saint Louis University (1999) and a Master of Public Policy Administration from the University of Missouri St. Louis (2005). Adrienne is a dedicated advocate, facilitator, resource broker, and competent clinician. She is devoted to providing children, families, and communities with the information, resources, skills, and therapeutic support necessary to succeed.

Jessica Hartman, M.A., PLPC

Jessica Hartman, M.A., PLPC, specializes in working with children and families. Jessica has worked in mental health for over six years and has experience in social work, digital behavioral health, and adoption. She is well-versed in individual counseling and group therapy and has helped clients through relationship challenges, anger, suicidal ideation, depression, and anxiety. Jessica earned a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University and holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She provides a safe and judgment-free environment and looks forward to empowering students and their families to live healthful and flourishing lives.

Andrea Partney, MSW, LMSW

Andrea Partney, MSW, LMSW, has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Andrea has recently started working in the mental health field, specializing in working with individuals to address their mental health and substance use disorder. She began her career working in child welfare for the Children’s Division and The Children’s Advocacy Center of Greater St. Louis. Andrea utilizes various therapeutic approaches, including motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy, while working with families, individuals, and groups. Andrea believes in creating a safe space for her clients to feel comfortable and supported as they work to change their lives.

Cheyenne Bauman, M.ED., LPC, NCC

Cheyenne Bauman, M.Ed., LPC, NCC, graduated from Lindenwood University with a Master’s in Counseling in 2017. Cheyenne has over five years of mental health experience working with adolescents and adults in various settings, including inpatient, residential treatment, and, most recently, private practice. She is well-versed in group, family, and individual therapy. Cheyenne strives to make all sessions comfortable and individualized. Her approach is to be curious, compassionate, laid back, and sometimes even fun, leaving judgment at the door. She deeply values leading clients toward a life they want to live and cultivating a space where they feel heard and respected.

Sydney Byrd, M.ED., PLPC, NCC

Sydney Byrd, M.Ed., PLPC, NCC, earned her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Sydney has five years of experience working with adolescents and adults in the mental health field. She is well-versed in individual and group counseling, assisting clients that have challenges with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, trauma, unhealthy relationships, and clients that have difficulties coping with daily life stressors. Sydney utilizes cognitive behavioral and solution-focused brief therapy techniques while working with individuals and groups. In addition, Sydney provides a safe and judgment-free environment, so clients feel supported as they work toward their goals.

Sam Hackett, M.ED., NCC, LPC

Sam Hackett, M.Ed., NCC, LPC, specializes in working with adolescents, adults, and couples to build healthy and positive relationships with his clients. Sam has over thirteen years of coaching at a High School and Community level, which brought to life his love and passion for helping individuals move closer to their most authentic selves. This passion led him to the University of Missouri - St. Louis Counseling Program, and he obtained his Licensure with a Private Practice in St. Louis. Sam has enjoyed working with adolescents and adults working through depression, anxiety, familial stress, codependency, and trauma. He brings compassion, warmth, and empathy to his client-centered approach, where he continues to build and create a safe space for clients to share the multi-layers of what makes them who they are.
