Change Starts With Me - Educational Video

Tina Meier’s life changed dramatically on October 16, 2006, when her 13-year-old daughter, Megan Taylor Meier, took her own life after a cruel cyberbullying hoax by an adult neighbor posing as a fictitious boy on MySpace.

In this anti-bullying video, Tina shares her daughter’s story while incorporating educational information on topics of bullying, cyberbullying, and suicide. Megan’s story has resonated with students, parents, and educators in a deeply profound way, and is a reminder to all of us to think before we speak, click, or act.
